Advanced Insulation System

We adopt the latest 10-year durability design with concave-convex embedded furnace chamber. The furnace bottom is fully paved with non-stick aluminum casting material. A specially designed installation platform ensures the crucible sits stably with horizontal force distribution. The casting material uses steel plant-specific thermal shock resistant material with patented formula. Full furnace uses German technology silica isostatic nano-insulation with thermal conductivity <0.02, combined with world-class SUPERWOOL super insulation cotton, extending normal temperature drop interval by 50%.

HTAC High-Temperature Air Combustion

Regenerative high-temperature air combustion technology (HTAC) is a revolutionary combustion technology popular worldwide. It preheats combustion air from room temperature to unprecedented 800°C high temperature through efficient regenerative materials, while significantly reducing NOx emissions. Exhaust temperature is controlled within 100°C range above dew point, maximizing flue gas heat recovery and making furnace combustion temperature more uniform.

Rapid Heating TURBO Mode

HF600 furnace burner power reaches maximum 120kw — the fastest heating dual-regenerative burner in the crucible furnace industry. When TURBO button is pressed, the combustion system rapidly adjusts combustion data, achieving extremely fast heating of aluminum liquid (copper, zinc) in the crucible. This maintains energy efficiency while achieving heating speed comparable to medium-frequency electric furnaces.

Ultra-Low Exhaust Temperature

HF400 is currently the world’s smallest regenerative burner. Through advanced furnace air thermodynamic analysis and top new regenerative material application, after 2 years of development, we can now control exhaust temperature below dew point for normal combustion, within 80°C range, revolutionarily achieving combustion efficiency approaching theoretical values.

Full series adopts HTAC V8.1.0 operating system with 7-inch computer display. Hardware CPU uses Siemens PLC, all power fans use Siemens variable frequency control. Software interface includes aluminum liquid and furnace temperature control, flame control, cold furnace programmed temperature rise curve protection for crucible, electronic air-fuel ratio valve, natural gas/LPG one-click parameter switching, alarm information dashboard.

Real-Time Precision Digital Combustion Control

First use of electronic pulse air-fuel ratio technology, improving air-fuel ratio accuracy to 0.01%FS. Intelligent ratio adjustment for low and high temperature combustion in combustion chamber. Regardless of gas calorific value and pressure fluctuations, system real-time precisely adjusts air-fuel ratio, ensuring 100% complete combustion. Once used, never need to adjust burner valves — manufacturer无需 professional personnel maintenance while ensuring long-term low energy consumption operation.

Self-Developed Reliable Gas Adjustment Device

We independently developed a more reliable gas adjustment device, eliminating 4-20mA electric mechanism and diaphragm-type ratio valves that are unstable during long-term operation with extremely high failure rates under high temperature. New device only includes one servo motor + valve body, with circuit board transplanted into CPU board. Software engineers use function algorithm positioning programs for rapid response gas flow adjustment — accuracy and durability far exceeding industry peers!

Real-Time Oxygen Concentration Monitoring

Computer real-time monitors exhaust gas oxygen concentration and humidity. Full series standard equipped with built-in oxygen sensor. When furnace operates normally meeting various requirements, system reads exhaust oxygen concentration at set time intervals, enabling bidirectional combustion control in oxygen-deficient and oxygen-rich combustion, pulse combustion switching, and furnace thermal diffusion air coefficient adjustment for real-time feedback — achieving even greater energy savings!
