1. NDA Commitment

     At X-Diecasting Tech, we understand that your designs are your most valuable assets. We treat every blueprint, 3D model, and technical specification with the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Standard NDA: We are ready to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any technical files are shared, based on your specific requirements and templates.
  • Internal Control: Access to your data is strictly limited to the core engineering team assigned to your project.
  • Data Security: All digital assets are stored on secure servers and will be permanently deleted upon request after project completion.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: Your information will never be shared with unauthorized third parties without explicit written consent.

 2. Quality Guarantee 

     Precision Defined, Quality Delivered. 

     We stand behind every mold, part, and equipment we manage through 20 years of technical expertise.

  • Mold & Tooling: We guarantee the mold life (shots) under standard operating conditions. Authentic steel and heat-treatment certifications are provided for structural integrity.
  • Production & Components: Strict batch testing and FAI/CPK reports are provided for all CNC and assembly parts.
  • Equipment & Consumables: All hardware and consumables are sourced from certified manufacturers and undergo functional verification before shipment.
  • International Warranty (Equipment): 12-month warranty from the B/L date. We provide free replacement parts for manufacturing defects; shipping costs and local duties are shared as per international practice.
  • Defect Rectification (Molds): For major structural issues, local repair reimbursement may be considered only with prior written authorization and a pre-approved quote from X-Diecasting Tech.

 3. Privacy Policy

     How We Handle Your Information. 

     This policy outlines our commitment to protecting the data you provide through our website.

  • Data Collection: We only collect information (Name, Email, Company) that you voluntarily provide for inquiry purposes.
  • Usage: Your data is used solely to respond to your requests and provide technical updates.
  • No Selling of Data: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.
  • Security: We implement appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices to protect against unauthorized access.

4. Terms of Service (General Business Terms)

  • Service Scope: X-Diecasting Tech Services provides comprehensive mold design auditing, supplier sourcing, and full-process project management.
  • Payment Terms (Tooling/Molds): Standard milestone payments — 40% Deposit / 30% after T1 Trial / 30% before shipment upon final sample approval.
  • Payment Terms (Equipment & Consumables): 50% Deposit / 50% before shipment for standard equipment; 100% T/T Advance for low-value consumables or small-batch samples.
  • Payment Terms (Mass Production): 30% Deposit / 70% against Copy of B/L (Bill of Lading) or before shipment, depending on the project volume and credit evaluation.
  • Flexibility & Negotiation: While the above represent our standard terms, X-Diecasting Tech is open to discussing tailored payment schedules for strategic long-term partnerships or high-volume contracts to ensure mutually beneficial cooperation.
  • Validity: All quotations are typically valid for 30 days due to fluctuations in material costs and currency exchange rates.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China (Guangzhou).
