TOOLING

Casting dies and replacement tooling components

Tooling for high-pressure, gravity and low-pressure casting and semi-solid forming, including new dies, replacement dies and individual tooling components.

High-Pressure Die Casting

HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING

Aluminum, zinc and magnesium cast components

For thin-walled or complex parts and repeatable production. Typical applications include automotive, industrial, consumer appliance and telecommunications components.

Typical parts: Housings, cases, covers, brackets, heat-dissipation components, small precision zinc castings and lightweight Mg enclosures
Typical alloys: ADC12, A380 / Zamak 3, Zamak 5 / AZ91D, among others

Gravity Casting

GRAVITY DIE CASTING

Aluminum machinery and fluid-handling components

Suitable for selected aluminum components with cored passages, hollow features or relatively thick sections. Process selection depends on part geometry and production volume.

Typical parts: Pump and valve bodies, piping components, housings and industrial machinery parts
Typical alloys: A356, ZL101 and other alloys as specified by the drawing and applicable material standards

Low-Pressure Casting

LOW PRESSURE DIE CASTING

Aluminum wheels and structural components

Molten metal is fed into the die from below under controlled low pressure. This process may suit parts with demanding internal-quality or mechanical-property requirements, subject to geometry and specification.

Typical parts: Wheels, housings and structural components for automotive and industrial applications
Typical alloys: A356 and other aluminum casting alloys, as specified by the drawing

Semi-Solid Forming

SEMI-SOLID FORMING

Lightweight aluminum and magnesium parts

Forming in a partially solidified state. Depending on alloy and process, it can be considered for lightweight structural parts and enclosures with demanding internal-quality requirements.

Typical parts: Lightweight automotive and EV structures, electronics enclosures and brackets
Applicable materials: Aluminum and magnesium alloys suited to the chosen forming process

CNC Machining & Surface Finishing

MACHINING & FINISHING

From as-cast blanks to machined and finished parts

Machining of mounting faces, mating features and threaded holes, with finishing options selected for dimensional, appearance and corrosion-resistance requirements.

Machining: CNC machining, drilling, tapping, and finishing of mounting and sealing faces
Surface finishing: Shot blasting, painting, plating and anodizing, subject to material compatibility

Associated processesDeburring, cleaning and leak testing

Impregnation may be arranged according to product requirements and agreed project scope.
