Our Project Workflow
We're not just a purchasing agent. Backed by 20+ years of die casting, tooling, and quality management expertise, our founder and on-site engineering team act as your dedicated in-country engineering department — managing everything from early development through to sustained mass production.
Requirements Intake: Drawings & Technical Specifications
We conduct a detailed technical intake covering 2D/3D drawings, tolerance requirements, expected annual volume, target pricing, and end-use conditions (air-tightness, strength, surface finish, etc.) — with engineers who understand the specialist terminology precisely.
DFM Analysis & Cost-Down Proposal
We thoroughly analyze the drawing from a casting and tooling structure standpoint. Draft angle, wall-thickness variation, porosity risk, and machining limits are checked upfront, and we propose structural improvements to stabilize quality and reduce machining cost.
Vetted Supplier Matching & Transparent Quotation
From our network of audited foundries, we assign the factory best suited to your part size (machine tonnage), material (aluminum, zinc, or magnesium), and secondary machining capability, and prepare a fully itemized quotation.
Tooling Design Oversight & Fabrication Management
We directly oversee the tool maker's structural design — parting lines, cooling channel layout, and ejector pin placement — and verify the use of high-quality, low-distortion tool steel rated for long service life (Hitachi Metals, Daido Steel, or equivalent premium-grade alternatives).
T1/T2 Trial Witnessing & Full Dimensional Inspection (CMM)
Our on-site engineer witnesses the first-article (T1) trial and optimizes casting parameters (holding pressure, injection speed, cooling time). Trial parts undergo full dimensional inspection on a CMM and leak testing.
Secondary Machining, Surface Treatment & Functional Verification
We manage CNC precision machining, chemical conversion coating (anodizing/chromate), powder or electrostatic coating, and impregnation as an integrated process, and run reliability testing such as salt spray and coating adhesion tests.
Production Part Approval (PPAP) & Quality Control Plan
We prepare a quality standard document and control plan aligned with Tier 1 automotive standards, exchange approved limit samples, and clear the review gate for transition to mass production.
Pre-Shipment Inspection, Packaging & Ongoing Quality Maintenance
Sample or full-lot inspection is performed at the factory for every production lot. We enforce anti-rust, damage-preventing packaging (vacuum-sealed / cushioned as required) for shipping, and maintain quality post-delivery through ongoing Cpk data tracking.
