Sourcing Principles
Our China Sourcing Principles
Transparent sourcing support from the buyer's side in China.
What matters in China sourcing is not finding the factory with the lowest price. It starts with understanding each product's material, geometry, volume, quality requirements, necessary processes and delivery targets — then selecting the manufacturer that genuinely fits the project, and managing it continuously from tooling and sampling through mass production, quality and delivery.
X-Diecasting Tech does not sell products on behalf of any single manufacturer. We act as your local technical and sourcing window in China: we select suitable suppliers for each project and drive the project forward on the Chinese side.
01
We Select the Supplier That Fits Each Project
Rather than starting from one pre-selected factory, we confirm the material, size, volume, process, quality requirements, cost and delivery targets of your product, and select the manufacturer that genuinely fits each project.
Where useful, we compare several candidates and evaluate them across technical capability, quality control, MOQ, tooling cost, unit price, production capacity, delivery, secondary operations and mass-production risk.
The final supplier decision is always yours.
02
Direct Trading Between You and the Chinese Manufacturer
Direct trading between you and the selected Chinese manufacturer is our standard model. You build the commercial relationship with the factory that actually produces your parts, while X-Diecasting Tech supports you from the buyer's side as your local window in China: technical verification, coordination with suppliers, sampling and mass-production ramp-up, quality management, delivery follow-up, and on-site response when problems arise.
Our role is not to put distance between you and Chinese manufacturers — it is to connect you and the shop floor through engineering.
03
Comparison on Total Sourcing Conditions, Not Price Alone
The lowest quotation is not always the best sourcing decision. A low unit price can be offset by a large MOQ, expensive tooling, unstable quality, inflexible delivery, or slow responses when problems occur — increasing your total sourcing cost and management burden in the end.
We evaluate quality × cost × MOQ × delivery × technical capability × responsiveness × supply risk together, and propose the option that is most reasonable for your project.
04
We Share Information You Can Compare and Decide On
During supplier selection, we compare multiple candidates wherever possible and share quotation conditions, MOQ, tooling cost, delivery, equipment capability, quality systems, secondary operations, technical challenges and risks — in a form you can compare and judge for yourself.
We explain our recommendation and the reasons behind it, but the final decision is yours.
Instead of asking you to "trust us", we focus on providing the information you need to make your own informed decision.

Continuous Follow-Through in China, From Tooling to Finished Parts

Depending on the project, we build the supply chain from tooling through to finished parts. We do not stop at introducing a supplier: we follow agreed sampling, production-readiness, quality, delivery and process-change milestones within the project scope.
When problems occur, we coordinate with the manufacturer to establish the facts, review possible causes and follow agreed corrective actions. Site visits can be arranged if specifically required and agreed.

Scope and Fees Agreed Clearly in Advance
Our support fees are discussed and agreed with you clearly and in advance, based on the project content, scope of support and transaction scale.
Typical engagement models:
- Project-based: technical & sourcing support fee
- Monthly retainer: agreed ongoing China sourcing coordination and issue follow-up
- Service fee based on procurement value: set according to project scale and support scope
We agree on the model that is clearest for both sides before starting.
Specific fee figures are not published on this website.
