CMM Dimensional Report
Full-dimension inspection data and First Article Inspection (FAI) reports covering critical geometric tolerances using Coordinate Measuring Machines.
X-ray / CT Porosity Inspection
Radiographic inspection and density verification for high-risk zones subject to internal porosity, shrinkage, or pressure leakage.
Material Mill Certificates & Spectrometry
Chemical composition analysis reports (ADC12, A356, etc.) via optical emission spectrometry and heat treatment (T6) process logs.
Air Leakage & Pressure Testing
100% or sampled pneumatic leak testing at specified pressures (e.g., 0.2 MPa) for water pumps, housings, and sealed enclosures.
Casting Parameter Records
Standardization and recording of key parameters (injection velocity, intensification pressure, melt temp, die temp) established during successful trials.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Final visual check for flash, burrs, and surface defects prior to export, along with verification of VCI anti-rust wrapping and sea-freight packaging.
